Year-end and New Year openings ①.
At the end of the year, a sales representative of "Mansaku no Hana" visited our neighborhood liquor store. We tasted many kinds of sake such as "Turtle Label" and "Umakara," etc. ......
We chose a December-ish, light, slightly bitter one here: 💁♀️
It was the mildest and smoothest of all the ones we tasted. It is not too sweet, and is perfect for Japanese, Western, and Chinese mixed meals during the year-end and New Year holidays. It is perfect for Japanese, Western, and Chinese food during the year-end and New Year's holidays. ❣️ I appreciate that the taste is not too much, but not too much. ‼️
