Today is the summer festival of Tsuki no I, the so-called "kurabiraki" (opening of the brewery).
A wonderful event where the brewery opens its doors to the public and you can drink various kinds of sake along with local delicacies!
Review of one bottle out of the many we drank
The summer festival sake is said to be sake that has been purified at the Oarai Isozaki Shrine, but anything is fine as long as you can drink it!
After a soft sweetness, it is full of flavor, just like Tsuki no I!
It goes well with edamame (green soybeans), motsu (pork cutlet) stew, and curry.
It is a summer sake with a lot of alcohol.
Thanks again for a fun brewery open house this year!
