ほしやす
This is a light nigori sake that is available only by reservation. It will be released in March 2010. Specifications are undisclosed. We would like you to taste and enjoy this bottle with your own tongue and body, not the specifications. The aroma is modest, and the first thing that comes to your mind when you taste it is "nihongori".
The aroma is subdued, and when you put it in your mouth, you will first taste the acidity on your tongue. Next comes bitterness and sweetness, and the bitterness remains.
