It has a gentle ginjo aroma with a strong sweetness and umami. The acidity is weak and a little bitterness gives it a sharpness 😊It was a very delicious sake with a perfect balance of umami and sharpness ✨.
I won't mention the name of the store, but for some reason there are several stores in Izu that have Nabeshima on staff.
I buy Nabeshima every time I return from a trip.
Delicious sake is the best!
