Today we received Yamamoto Sake Brewery's Yamamoto Shuzo😋.
The aroma is mild yet fragrant😊Light on the palate, with a good balance of beautiful sweetness and moderate acidity 😚👍✨This is a delicious guy, just like Yamamoto-san, with a crisp and clean taste😍.
The fourth photo is my first drinking debut on the shinkansen going from Akita to Yokohama for an exam at the end of November. Chicken rice and one cup. Exams aside, it's nice to drink sake while eating ekiben from noon 😘.
