I was able to get this one again this year, so I'll be opening it this weekend and sipping on it!
Daimine 3 grains Aizan
All of Daimine's sakes are delicious, but the Winter Visit (Yuki-Onna) and Aizan are must-buy bottles when you find them because they are sold out immediately!
The taste is a well-balanced bottle with a sweet flavor reminiscent of high-end melon juice and mild acidity and umami!
It was so good that we found ourselves sipping it while drinking it in small sips.
