Not Aki Umaii, but Akiu rice. It is only for Akiu-Onsen.
I bought this at a souvenir shop when I went to Akiu Onsen on a trip to work last year. I am sure that it is made by Sendai Date Family Katsuyama.
At first, it seems to be a little sour and dry, but later on, the flavor comes out. It has a hint of aroma and gradually becomes sweet.
