Tomita__JunkoI bought it almost a year ago, but since I can't buy Tasake very often, I kept it for safekeeping.
It is an Akita Sake Komachi, so it has an interesting combination of acidity, bitterness, and various other flavors at the same time.
It may have changed in taste after a year.
Unlike the special junmai, it can be enjoyed on its own. 😃
