I chilled it for a day in ice temperature before opening it.
I was expecting it to be very tasty, but I guess it's normal.
I want more concentration. Not much aroma. And a little bitter (I don't like bitter).
It's not bad, but maybe I bought it too late.

I don't feel the bitterness so much anymore. It is not that the bitterness is no longer bitter, but that it has changed to a bitterness that does not bother me.
The liking level remains the same at 5/10.
