Shirakiku Junmai Genjyu 16-17% 60% 720ml 1000yen approx.
Purchased after visiting a brewery in Ibaraki. It is made from "Niji no Kirameki" from Ryukazaki City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
It is sweet but not cloyingly so. The aftertaste is pungent and astringent. It is easy to drink, although it has a strong alcoholic taste.
It is hard to believe that it is a cheap sake under 1000 yen. It is inexpensive and will be a repeat purchase!
