When you put it in your mouth, it has a gorgeous flavor that is typical of junmai ginjo, and it soaks in like water. It is still a bit thin.
It is clear that it is refreshing and easy to drink, but the moment you swallow it, you feel less fullness, so the level of satisfaction is low.
It's not that it tastes bad, it's just that it's not to my taste.
But I don't think I will buy Morishima anymore.
