Always at a great yakitori restaurant*.
Ash is there too! I haven't had it since I had it at the Matsuzaki stand. I'm glad I haven't been able to buy this at the liquor store either*.
The aroma is pale white peach, apricot-like.
The clear acidity is impressive.
The problem is that the aftertaste disappears rather quickly, so the cup goes on and on. It's all you can drink, so I guess it's okay.
The only thing that bothered me was that when I drank Matsuzaki, there was a mushroom aroma, but this time I didn't get a mushroom feeling. Just the aroma of the wooden vat.
