ナギサ
Shozui, a daiginjo representing Hatsuson, from Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture. This sake brewery is dedicated to the production of sake using the "Namahashi-zukuri" method of sake brewing.
The taste is fruity and mellow, with a deep umami flavor, but the aftertaste is good, leaving a dry taste typical of sake from the port town of Sakata! Is this deep umami a taste that comes from the sake brewing process?
It is so good that you can have many glasses of sake alone, chilled. ☺️
