The aroma is sweet and gorgeous, with hints of banana and rice. When you drink it, it is like caramel, mellow, a little bitterness and sweetness is good.
I also bought some sake lees from Daiginjo. I recently discovered that it's good to spread Sakekasu to the consistency of yogurt and eat it with a spoon like yogurt without adding anything. It becomes delicious from about the next day.
