Honjozo 🍶. Otona no Himitsu Club Sanriku Railway Journey🚃Day 1 Sake brewed with secret hermit water from the Kamaishi mine 🧐. It is a little bit sweet, but it flows without being sticky. Sake of the sea. Paired with sashimi (sea bass, Hiramasa, Botan shrimp, tuna), the sweetness is not bothersome, and it is enjoyed in a big gulp. The sea bass is a little matured? The sea bass has a slightly aged flavor. The tuna is excellent. The prawns are sweet and delicious. The eel was excellent with the grilled skin 🍚We finished off with the rice topped with sea urchin and donko ✨We were very satisfied 🎉Worth the trip to Kamaishi.
