Purchased at Sumiyoshi Shuhan, a well-known liquor store in Fukuoka.
When I lived in Osaka, I saw it at Super Seijo Ishii, but you may not see it much outside of Kansai.
It has a slightly fragrant ginjo aroma.
It has a gentle taste in the mouth, starting with sourness and gradually spreading to umami.
The sourness that tingles on the nose is very good.
It was rich and slightly sweet.
