As soon as the bottle is opened, an aroma reminiscent of fresh Muscat gently wafts through the air. The mouthfeel is soft, and in contrast, a gorgeous slight fizz appears.
The pleasant carbonation seems to break the bottle, and a honey-like sweetness flows out onto the tongue. The sweetness is firm, but delicate, as if it were wrapped around the tongue, and yet it has a luster that makes you want to pour it down your throat immediately.
There is very little acidity. The moment when the attractive sweetness dissolves into a subtle bitterness is artistic.
