Kisoji Junmai Yamae Nishiki Rating 4.4 Ingredients: Yamae-Nishiki, 65% polished rice, 15% alcohol by volume, production date: 2024.12 Along with Sanwari Koji Junmai Sake, it is actively introduced to overseas customers as a key export product. Yamae-Nishiki, a sake brewing rice developed in Nagano Prefecture, is characterized by its light taste! The green apple-like acidity that bounces in the mouth gives it an exceptional crispness. The slightly low alcohol content of 15 degrees Celsius gives it a balance of flavors that is only possible with sake in its original state. It has been matured for about a year and has a mild taste. Convergence is a slightly bitter aftertaste.
