The students of Asahikawa Agricultural High School, who will become the next generation of producers, spent a year creating this project sake.
The students produced sake rice in the school's rice paddies, and with the cooperation of local industry companies, this project is a collaboration between industry and academia to promote sake culture in Asahikawa City for the future and to make sake a local specialty.
The project will start in April 2021 and will be enlivened with different colored labels and unique naming sense every year. High school students were involved in the entire process of designing, naming, brewing, and labeling the product until it was commercialized.
The aroma is fresh and crisp with a juicy flavor.
It has a mild flavor with umami and acidity, and a clean and crisp taste. It is a sake that refreshes the drinker with its youthful taste.
It is delicious 😋 and I look forward to its future.
