武侯祠Dense umami and sweet acidity combine to create an impactful sake quality. It also has a good sharpness.
At first sip, I could not perceive anything. Gradually I began to think it was delicious, and in the meantime I finished it. The change in flavor in the second half was nice, so I guess I'll be looking forward to my next encounter with it. If it were in a pub, it would be a bottle that I could not stop drinking.
