I had imagined a dry sake that would be more guttural, but it was totally different and easy to drink.
The aroma is soft and easy to drink.
I drank it cold, but it felt somewhat sweet.
The sweetness and a touch of alcohol came in a flash, and the umami spread slowly on the palate, disappearing rather quickly.
It is dry and easy to drink.
