Shinkazu
Pink sake made with red yeast.
It has a sweet and sour taste with a good koji flavor and a richness that I like.
The alcohol content is low, but the sweetness is strong, and meat-based dishes seem to be a good choice.
Tastes good and I would like to drink it again.
