Hanaboe Mizuhashi Nama Shu (sake brewed in wooden casks)
The aroma is unique. (It has a slight yellowish taste.)
Strong acidity and slight sweetness typical of mizu-hashiroshi! 🥰.
It is said to be brewed in a wooden vat, but we don't feel much of the wooden vat? (On the contrary, because it is brewed in wooden vats, the acidity typical of mizu-hashiroshi is suppressed?)
I've rarely heard of mizu-hashiroshi sake, but I'd like to check it out and try it 🧐.
