I was curious about this Haneya, which is made from the rather rare Toyama Yumachi ✨.
The label is austere ☺️ I'll take it 🙏.
Elegant ginjo aroma, elegant mouthfeel 😊.
After a light gassy sensation, the palate is pleasantly filled with fresh pineapple from the raw sake, followed later by the sweet acidity of muscat 🍍.
It has Haneya's typical refinement of not being too sweet in the aftertaste, but it also has the mellowness and strength typical of Omachi, with a great sweet-acid 😆👍.
I opened the 4-goupe bottle in no time because I never get tired of it, and it goes well with food as well. 🙇🏻
