Muryozan Junmai Ginjo is brewed with 100% Yamadanishiki of the highest standard, and brewed with the pure and smooth spring water of Wakayama. We hope you will experience the flavor of Kishu.
The brewing process is as follows.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 15
100% Yamadanishiki
The best sake in the world. The fruity taste of Yamadanishiki is brought out. Not too fruity. Aged sake of vintage 2018 production 21.1? It has a fresh flavor that captures the full flavor of the rice, without the distinctive richness of the 21.1 vintage. It has a clean aftertaste and a long finish.
I scored it 90 points on my own.
