I compared it with Hiyaoroshi.
When I opened the bottle, I felt a little puffy.
It's unpasteurized.
Fruity aroma.
This one is more acidic.
But with a meal, you can drink it without feeling uneasy.
The aftertaste is crisp, but the taste of rice and sweetness is strong.
I like it.

Ten days after I opened the bottle, it's been mellowed out and the corners have been removed! I think it's a little bit tart. Sweet and fruity on the nose, totally preferable to freshly opened!
