The color is pink to purple!
Using yeast from sawaoguruma, a flower that blooms in the Fukushima lagoon, and based on the sake process, hops, essential for beer, are brewed with rice to create a sake with a citrus-like aroma, freshness, and bitterness that can be enjoyed despite its sake backbone!
It also felt like a gin. It was delicious even when mixed with carbonated water and very easy to drink, so be careful not to drink too much.
