The fifth and last 🍶 at Sushi Matsuura.
The last dry sake. It is supposed to be super dry, but it had a strong umami flavor and didn't feel too spicy.
It also has a high alcohol content of 17 degrees, but I didn't feel that way about this one either. The sake has a nice sharpness and can be enjoyed even at the end of a drunken day 🎵.
