Autumn Sake Rush.
It's been a long time since I've been here. I bought it expecting a gorgeous hiyaoroshi.
The aroma is gorgeous, and the sweetness comes at first, but it is smooth and not too strong.
The sweetness is cut off for a moment and you can see the dry side. The sweetness breaks off for a moment and you can see a dry side, but the mellow sweetness and umami soaks deep into the throat.
It is delicious. It tastes just like I imagined Raifuku's hiyaoroshi to be like this.
