Hanamaru Omachi Junmai Ginjo
Omachi is the most popular sake in Hanamaru. This time it is a fire-brewed sake. It has a strong fruity sweetness with a slight sourness and bitterness that complements food. It seems to be more acidic than the nama-shu, but that is probably just my imagination. It is a really good sake. Sake Mirai is also out and I must buy it.
