Slightly chilled cold sake
Clear and colorless
Sweet aroma like classic sake
Very light on the palate in contrast to the aroma
Slight taste of rice, but it quickly fades away and a dryness comes in.
The dryness is quite short-lived.
As the label says, it is a very dry sake.
In addition to being easy to drink due to its light flavor, it is delicious as it complements a wide variety of flavorful snacks!
It is not good as a stand-alone sake, but when paired with snacks, it gives a completely different and interesting impression.
