うなろー
Katsuyama Baktari (I use this character because it does not come up in the Kanji conversion)
I bought this sake not knowing that it was a sweet sake, so when I first sipped it, I thought it was "sweet. I am not usually a sweet sake drinker, so I was a bit confused, but when I drank it again with an awareness that it was a sweet sake, I found it to be delicious.
It is not so much a sweet sake as a sweet sake, but it has a refined taste without a strange underlying sweetness among sweet sake.
Refreshingly sweet with a hint of melon and honey.
I don't think this sake is suitable as a food wine, but I think it is the kind of sake you drink like dessert wine or when you want to relax before going to sleep on a tired day.
It is a sake that even girls who do not drink much sake can enjoy.
