Carpaccio of sea bream and salmon with lemon dressing!
It's been a long time since I've tasted Yamamoto.
It is just as it says on the label, fruity with a unique bitterness and a touch of citrus!
The lemon dressing on the carpaccio is a miraculous match 🤣.
The lightness of the 14 degree Celsius makes it drinkable at high speed...
It feels like a white wine, but easier to drink than white wine ☺️
I actually drank white wine after that, but white wine is much more sour.
I need to drink the rest of the series... 🤭
