I had never heard of Sakiyami before.
Something about the name and the label made it sound delicious, so I ordered it.
It was a little gassy and tangy.
It has a beautiful aroma and a refreshing mouthfeel.
There is a fair amount of sweetness, but it is not dull, supported by the acidity. A slight bitterness finishes it off. Delicious.
I would like to look for it at liquor stores in the future.
