The aroma and taste are like that of a fresh sake, even though it is fire-aged, and you can smell the good aroma just by putting your mouth close to the glass.
The aroma is strongly felt while it passes through the throat in the mouth.
There is no bitterness after drinking, which I like because I don't like bitter things.
