Aomori Sake Breweries' Joint Project, "Once in a Lifetime, Twice in a Year
The last brewery to break into the top three in Aomori is Hato Masamune.
The last one is "Hato Masamune". (Furudate style).
Hato Masamune brewed with Toyobai rice
It has an elegant sweetness, with an apple-like acidity, umami, and bitterness to complement the sweetness.
It is a wonderful sake, the kind of sake you would drink at a hotel.
However, I thought it could be a little more playful.
It is a little cold, so I am looking forward to the change in taste!
To accompany the sake, we used secret soybean natto (fermented soybeans) from Mr. Kadowaki in Maezawa Town.
It's a secret! It's full of purines!

Good evening Eirin!
Sorry for the late reply.
They were all delicious, all 🥇!
But I still think Tsugaru's Toyobai is the best...

Good evening, Mr. Ponchan!
Sorry for the late reply.
That's right!
It's interesting how it's different from the usual, but still has that warehouse-ness about it!
Thank you! It's fun to match the dishes too!

Thank you!
It looked like the house was in trouble too, but we made it just in time!
But I'm going out tomorrow in search of beautiful sake...

Seeing SATO and Eririn, I was relieved to hear about the rain, even though it was late, and that you are looking for sake and not major damage 😌Please take care of yourself!

Good evening, Pon-chan!
Thank you very much.
It's been kind of big in the press...
I have the impression that it's been pouring for a long time, but yesterday and today, it's been pouring lightly.
I see rivers are overflowing all over Tohoku as I drive by.
