The mouthfeel is very light. The slight gentle sweetness that comes late is nice.
I had a piece of roasted perilla with a lighter, and it reset the fragrance of the roasted perilla.
It seems to go well with strong flavored food. It would go well with simmered fish or sake steal. Straw roasted is also good.
