I got this bottle with my hometown tax payment.
The label says it is recommended to be chilled. When drunk chilled, it has an alcohol taste like old Japanese sake.
When we heated it up to try it, the full sweetness comes forward and the balance is good👍.
It is a sake that can be enjoyed hot 🍶.
