We drank Shichida Junmai Ginjo at the restaurant and Junmai at home. Oddly enough, like a drinking comparison.
The first time, while the fruity aroma leaves, the dry part remains firm and I feel like I can feel two different sakes. The aroma fades as you drink it, but the dry part is gentle and easy to drink, as if it would go with anything.
