I had a bitter memory of having a high fever after opening a bottle of CLASSIC the other day, so I couldn't open it easily. In a word, it is a bottle with a "sweet and sour" taste. It also has a lingering taste of rice that lingers in the mouth.
It is a sake to be enjoyed over a long time.

Specifications: Nama-hashiwazukuri, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake
Ingredient rice: Domaine Sakura, 80% low-crop Omachi, 20% low-crop Yamada-Nishiki (both produced in Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture)
Alcohol content 13% (undiluted)
