Old Sake. It was brewed about 8 years ago.
I drink it while thinking back to what I was doing 8 years ago.
The sake has a yellowish color. I think it must have been matured.
The taste has the sense of maturity, sweetness, and peculiarities characteristic of old sake. It is not too strong, and is surprisingly refreshing.
There is also a bit of spiciness and acidity.
It is not a type of sake that will be popular with everyone, but for an old sake, it seems to be widely accepted. Perhaps.
It is a good sake to drink in small sips with a small sake cup rather than in large quantities.
