しゃくやく
This is the winter limited version of "Mori no Kumasan", the sake for the reconstruction of Kumamoto castle by Eiko Fuji. You can feel the freshness of the new sake and the fresh gas every time you open the bottle.
Contrary to the cute label, you can feel the mellow aroma and juicy sweetness.
Tonight, we enjoyed it with Mentaiko.
