It was a regional limited edition sake from Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten of "Saku", but is now released for sale nationwide as Junmai Daiginjo. It is characterized by its gentle, gorgeous aroma and deep, clear flavor. Along with aromas of white lilies and narcissus, the soft sweetness of fresh Japanese pears and melons, and the deep rice-derived flavor are all light and elegant to the point of being pleasant to drink. The label design and package design use the traditional pattern of Isekatagami, a traditional craft of Suzuka.
