After the movie, I went to a silver bar.
There was a limited time opening of a store at Marui in Yurakucho, so I went for a tasting.
Mr. Kuritani, the founder of the company, gave us a taste of this fire-brewed sake!
It was a very sweet sake with lots of matured flavor!
Next to it on the left is the same CLEAR unfiltered raw sake made with Yamadanishiki, and next to it on the right is UMAMI made with Kame-no-o!

The origin of the name "Hengenjizai
This is my first post here at Sake-no-wa, as we do not have a brand name yet!
They said that they borrowed the brewery Naeba Sake Brewery in the forest to brew CLEAR and Tsuchida Sake Brewery to brew UMAMI because it is difficult to obtain a sake license.
