A four-pack of sake sold at an industrial supermarket for 400 yen.
I bought it to give it a try.
At room temperature, it was quite sour on the palate, followed by a hint of banana. The taste is light, with a lingering bitterness in the aftertaste.
The lightness stands out when the sake is heated up, and my impression is that the price is appropriate.
It's fine if you buy it knowing the price and drink it on your own initiative, but if served at a restaurant, it would probably confuse you.
It says that it is made at Kobe Bussan's groove company, which makes me fantasize that a large amount of liquid is made there and brought to Sekihara Sake Brewery to be filled, but it was not for me.
