Sake from Chiba. Aizan 50, limited edition sake for 2022. Stylish packaging, including a label with a jewel motif.
It has a fresh bounce and a strong sweetness in the mouth. After that, it leaves a slight bitterness in the back of the mouth. I will enjoy the gentle taste in small sips.
