The aroma is subdued and clear. It has a fruity sweetness with a little gas left in it and can be enjoyed as an in-dinner drink with no worries 😆.
For some time now, we have heard that the Miyamanishiki harvest has been so low that many breweries have decided not to make this sake, or have given up brewing.
Normally, this gold-labeled Miyamanishiki "Shiboritate" would be available, but it may be difficult this year...
