It's been a couple of years since I drank Yukino Kayasha.
On the first day of opening the bottle, the acidity was strong and refreshing.
Among the Hiyaoroshi and Akiagari that I have drunk, I had the impression that it was refreshing, but on the second day, the mellowness and the flavor of the rice came out.
I'm also looking forward to seeing how it changes after the third day.
