The "Special Junmai" is the richest of the three, with a full-bodied rice flavor. The aroma is a bit more subdued than the Junmai Ginjo, but the freshness and fine gassiness make it a beautiful sake that can be drunk easily 🤣The acidity and the bitterness at the end are well balanced ‼️.
