We were introduced to and purchased this brewery's challenging sake, which is a fire-brewed sake produced by Kurafan and distributed to the general public.
The moment you put it in your mouth, it has a gorgeous aroma.
It has a slight tanginess, but the tanginess quickly disappears with the passage of time.
Serve with prosciutto ham
The saltiness is just right.
If you eat it with salmon kimchi from Seijo Ishii, the flavor might be a little too strong.
Simple flavors seem to go well with it.
PS: I liked it better the next day because the flavor was more intense. The acidity was stronger, and the sweetness and umami were more intense, and the fruity flavor was more intense.
It is a mystery whether the taste changed due to the combination of food or physical condition, or whether the taste changed due to exposure to air.
It tasted better than the day before.
